I am wanting to stay in York and I am not interested in a flat, thanks, anyway.
This is a 1 bedroom spacious semi detached house near Bishopthorpe Road. I am due a new kitchen some time from April this year.
I am very close to primary and secondary schools, shops, parks and a less than 10 minutes walk into town.
Pets are allowed and parking at the back of the property.
I am wanting to swap to another 1 bedroom house around the Lawrence Street / Heslington Road area's. A 2 bedroom would be considered if your housing association allow under occupancy.
3 way swap would be something I'd do.
Must also allow pet's as I have a small dog.
