i have a big 3 bedroom house, which is in a cul de sac close, with large kitchen/diner and french doors that open onto a decking which is a south facing garden which is about 34ft x 18ft, 3 large sized bedrooms (no box rooms here) and a large livingroom., a spacious hallway and landing and a newly fitted bathroom which was done june 2024 and also a loft, there is a gp surgery, chemist dentist, tesco express, nursery, primary and junior school within 10 minutes walk, i have been living here for 17 years now, this house is a lovely area and a lovely family home, with a low crime rate, but its time for us to move on, i am open to most areas in devon, cornwall, wiltshire, dorset and somerset, please note, i will not view your home until i have seen pics of the bedrooms, kitchen and garden at least, i am serious about moving and finding a mutual house exchange, i do not want anymore time wasters do not arrange a viewing to see my house then do not turn up and then block me, if you have changed your mind tell me please, please only contact me if you are actually serious about moving, i can move asap, thank you for looking at my advert
