Our Garden has been separated from our neighbours so we each have our own part (they don't use their garden) The garden is accessed by our back stairs.

This home is in a very good area near to local shops, bakery, trendy cafes as well as nearby supermarkets,good schools and 3 parks within 10 mins walking distance.

Portobello Road Market, which is a very trendy market popular with tourists is a 10 min walk. Westfield London and Shepherd's Bush Market is a 20/25 min walk or a 10 min drive. We are also close to good transport links.

This area is very good for all ages as there is always plenty to see and do with museums, parks (with kids activities) and leisure centre (with swimming and gym) nearby.

I am looking to swap for a 3 bed house or house conversion with access to garden in Crouch End, Kentish Town, Swiss Cottage or surrounding areas.

I will not be able to accept a 2 bedroom property due to the amount of people in my household but I don't mind doing a multi swap.
