Only looking for another 3 Bed socially rented property to exchange with. We are very specific about the areas we are willing to move to due to needing to be near our children’s schools. Looking for properties in the Edinburgh West area such as:

Currie/Balerno/Corstorphine/Clermiston/Westcraigs/Saughtonhall/Longstone/Junipergreen/East Craigs etc.

It would be nice to exchange with someone who has a similar property to ours. We have newly fitted carpets and flooring all in neutral colours as well as made to measure venetian blinds throughout.

1 Single Bedroom
1 Bathroom with Shower over Bath upstairs
1 Separate toilet downstairs
Lounge
Large Kitchen/Diner with Patio Doors out to private garden
There is also a brand new garden shed just been built and £1000 worth of shrubs been planted.

We don’t want to move to the following area’s: Clovenstone/Calders/Murrayburn/Dumbryden.

Please only get in touch if you are serious about moving, we are and ideally would like to move around Feb/March time. This move was not on the cards for us, and is purely due to our daughter not settling, therefore we are now faced with the daily commute which is too much.
