Second floor flat on a friendly estate in Sydenham. Close to two train stations providing easy access around London. I am looking for a 3 bedroom. I don’t mind a property that needs work and I’m not fussy on the area. Serious swappers only as I want to move asap. My child has special needs and needs the extra room.
