### I'm offering £500 for a successful council exchange ###

### Only looking to swap with another council property ###

I'm looking to exchange/swap with someone around Birmingham, Halesowen, Quinton, Blackheath or near there. I'm looking to exchange with a similar property... either a maisonette or a flat in a low level block.

My property is in Coseley, Bilston, West Midlands.

My first floor maisonette is lovely and a Dudley Borough Council property... I spent £1400 on having it decorated a year ago, over £1000 on flooring including laminated living room floor and hall. Vinyl flooring is fitted in bathroom, large cupboard, kitchen and deep carpet in bedroom. I had a shed installed in communal garden and made it extremely secure so you can put some valueable things for storage in there... it has to be secure as I have a pretty valuable bike and other things in there.
