Tranquil, light and funky large double room in Leith Loft-style apartment

Welcome to the Shore in Leith :) A funky mini Amsterdam in Edinburgh with award winning restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. I am letting my spare double room over the summer and open to minimum 3 nights stays up to a month's stay. You will just be sharing with me - I'm very friendly and flexible with the use of the space. If you need to use the kitchen that's fine. We will be sharing my beautiful bathroom with free standing bath and walk-in shower.

Your room has a king size and very comfy bed. There's a spiral staircase that leads to a small mezzanine where you can hang your clothes. It's a beautiful space to chill in and plan your Edinburgh adventures from.

The flat has been recently renovated throughout and is a unique and fun space to hang out. I can literally watch the Saturday market being set up on the cobbles opposite my flat. Great people watching and buzzy vibes. I have lots of local knowledge about stuff to do - and if you're here for the Festival then you'll be spoilt for choice.

It only take 10 - 15 minutes by bus or tram into the city centre. Bus stop opposite and tram just 1 minute walk away. It's also fun to take a slow half hour walk up the iconic Leith Walk into town.

Any questions please get in touch. The ad says weekly rent but I'm happy to do shorter stays at £125 a night.
