LaGachere is a unique house, a true bucolic style.
The only house in the village on the water's edge, with real access to the inlet.

It rests on an arm of the sea in the hamlet of La Gachere in Brem/Mer. Large wild beaches nearby.
-3 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet/bath, wifi.
- mnt dvt drop-off at the house, parking 150m away, private garden on the river, fishing, swimming, absolute calm, surf beach 700m away, 3 bikes, shops accessible on foot/bike. Housekeeping, sheets and towels included in the price. The house is not equipped with heating.

This very old fisherman's house is equipped with all modern comforts while respecting the character of the hamlet.

The 3 bedrooms (double beds, new High Comfort mattresses) are upstairs, the kitchen, living room and bathroom are on the ground floor.
The signle room is downstairs.

For your comfort, an outdoor shower for returning from the beach is installed in a pine tree.

Its garden laid out in 3 level terraces opens directly onto private access to Auzance (breakfast at sunrise or midday / barbecue aperitif at sunset: a delight), an arm of the sea where you can swim at rising tide (very clean sea water) and fish (bass, mullet, eels, etc.).

You will taste a préfou and a 12 aine d oysters at LaCabanne nearby as the sun sets in the marshes.
A unique memory.

It rests on an arm of the Auzance sea. La Gachere is a former whaling port from the 16th century, very typical and full of charm. Absolute tranquility.

There is a beneficial, jovial and festive atmosphere in this hamlet.

Only in LaGachere….

No shops in the hamlet, but everything is available nearby (many supermarket brands including a Biocop 600m away, local farmers' markets, etc.)
