The double bedroom has space for a travel cot and there’s a toilet and sink in the ensuite, with a shower, toilet and sink in the separate bathroom.

The open-plan living area has a carpeted lounge space featuring a large corner sofa that spans the length of the room, a coffee table, TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, and everything you need to rustle up a meal including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.  Fantastic features of this property include the panoramic windows at the end of the lounge which let in plenty of natural light, and the enclosed hallway that separates the living area from the bedrooms. This extra privacy means you can enjoy quality time in the living area without fear of disturbing anyone sleeping. It also has double glazing, central heating and an electric fire perfect for cosy nights in. 

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.

New Beach Holiday Park is the perfect spot for a seaside holiday as it's just across the road from a walk along the sea wall and a 15-minute walk away from the area's sandy beaches. There's plenty of modern facilities having undergone a major refurbishment in 2018. The new entertainment complex stages amazing live shows throughout the holiday season and the amusement arcade provides fun for all the family. Children can be kept entertained by the Segways, kid's club and the adventure playground. Those looking to relax can take a dip in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar next to the super-size TV screens. The Neptune Pub & Carvery and the on-site clubhouse and restaurant provide great food and drink with a takeaway service.

The park is also the perfect base for visiting the area's many tourist attractions, including the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Port Lympne Safari Park, both just a 10-minute drive away. Explore the historic local coastline, including the amusements at the sandy beach of Dymchurch and the coastal market town of Hythe.  Go fishing or boating in the Royal Military Canal or even take a day trip to France with the Eurotunnel a 20-minute drive away. Less than a 30-minutes drive will take you to the scenic headland of Dungeness or the golden sands of Camber, and just beyond is the medieval town of Rye, a beautiful Cinque Port with a nature reserve and quirky independent shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms.
