Lovely caravan in a stunning part of Devon for your week's summer holiday or minibreak any time of year. Located on a very quiet site in Branscombe and just a few steps from the South West Coast path. The views really are that stunning, you can go swimming in the sea or for a stroll along the coast or for a drink and a meal in the lovely local pubs. Sleeps 6 with a double room, 2 singles in another bedroom (can be pushed together) and a pull out double in the living room. So much to do as well, the lovely beach at Branscombe, the village of Beer is 2 miles away and Lyme Regis just a few more. It's the perfect break.

Our stylish six-berth caravan (one double room, one twin room and a pull out bed in the living room) with a fully equipped kitchen, large living space with TV and DVD and dining table and bathroom with shower and separate loo.

Living room: Beautifully decorated, with a big, comfy seating area (with pull-down double bed); TV with DVD player; gas fire; lots of books about the area (including walking guides); dining table and chairs (seats six comfortably).

Kitchen: fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery (there's even an oyster shucker and lobster picker for local seafood). Kettle and Nespresso machines (plus espresso cups). Fridge, microwave oven and four-ring hob and gas oven. Cool box and wicker picnic basket for taking on picnics.

Bedroom 1: two single beds and plenty of storage cupboards.

Bedroom 2: double bed, dressing table, cupboards and wardrobe.

Bathroom: walk-in shower and sink.

Toilet: Separate (flush, not chemical) toilet and sink.
