Facilities include a modern bathroom, two toilets, spacious shed to store bikes/kayaks etc, outside parking, private garden, sky tv, wi-fi internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge, and a location in the heart of Scotland.

Has a front and rear garden, very private ideal for al fresco dining.

This charming period holiday cottage is ideal for friends, couples and family. Loch Rannoch is within walking distance, whereas Kinloch Rannoch, the village shop and cafe, fine dining is only 20 mins drive. Pets are welcomed by prior agreement


Guests can climb mountains and Munros, enjoy spectacular views hillwalking, mountain biking, and sail, kayak, paddle boarding and fishing (brown trout and pike mainly) on the loch. (bring your own equipment)

Includes a large lockable shed to safely store your bikes, fishing gear etc. Will provide paddle boards and life vests from April 2023

Located at Rannoch Station 10 minutes drive from the cottage is the tea room café with delicious home made bakery and food. (tea room closes for winter from Oct 31st)
