Our Platinum grade 2 Bedroom Family Holiday home is for hire at Haggerston Castle holiday park we are within the sought after area of CASTLE LAKE with a view of the fishing lake .

WE OFFER EARLY CHECK IN TIME AT 2.30pm
AND WITH OUR OWN KEY SAFE SYSTEM THERE IS NO QUEUING FOR KEYS AT RECEPTION

Within our Living area we have a SMART TV / UNLIMITED FREE WIFI .
2 free standing sofas 1 which folds out into a double bed so we can sleep up to 6 persons
MAXIMUM.
We also have a dining table with 4 chairs , Coffee table & 2 foot stools .
All crockery & cutlery Hoover / iron / ironing board are provided plus cleaning products .
Gas oven / hob & Microwave plus a full size fridge/freezer.

From our living area we have French doors leading out onto a roofed & illuminated decked area with table & chairs PLUS outside patio area and large grassed area to the side and rear of patio for children to play safely

Our Master bedroom consists of TV/DVD Double bed with (domestic mattress) wardrobe lots of storage an en-suite toilet & wash area.
Our twin bedroom with TV/DVD 2 single beds a wardrobe lots of storage and a dressing mirror. we can supply our own Travel Cot if required .

FULL GAS CENTRAL HEATING & DOUBLE GLAZING SO WHATEVER THE WEATHER ITS NICE AND COSY .

Please note.. We do supply Duvets & Pillows plus Mattress Protectors for your stay this is included in your hire price . Fresh linen can be arranged upon request for a small extra charge PLEASE ASK at the time of booking.
(But please bring your own towels)

BOOKING CONDITIONS....

NO hen/stag parties or under 18s without an adult please

Our holiday home is strictly NO SMOKING or PETS.

Funwork passes are NOT included in our price once we receive full payment plus refundable bond your booking will then be registered with Haven they will send you an email which includes an entertainment pass form to purchase your passes in advance .
Or guests have the option to purchase passes from reception upon arrival.

Cancellations are not refundable , if you are asked to vacate the caravan / holiday park by us the owners or holiday park staff for any reason what so ever , we shall not refund any money paid .

If you would like to book with us for your holiday break a £50 non refundable Deposit will secure your dates our breaks are MON -FRI or FRI-MON or full week breaks and longer stays are available

From £210 Full Balance of payment must be paid at least 6 weeks before your holiday start date Plus a £70 refundable damages / excessive cleaning bond is required but refunded back to you within 48 hrs of check out once caravan has been checked and found to be damage free and requires NO excessive cleaning .
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the hirer .
