We offer a home from home stay with modern Comforts:
On entering the lodge there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals.
There is a 5 gas ring hob, grill and a separate oven.
In addition theres a Ninja Dual Air Fryer, Microwave, an integrated washing machine, full size integrated dishwasher kettle/toaster, Nespresso Coffee machine, individually wrapped tea/coffee/sugar & coffee pods.
We provide a large welcome 🧺 with Prosecco, Orange juice, crisps, biscuits, sweets, toilet rolls, washing & dishwasher pods.
We also provide dish soap, tea towel & hand towel, hand wash, complimentary individual shampoo & body wash, face cloths, hand towels & bath sheets for guests.

The lounge is spacious with freestanding furniture.
TV with firestick, log into your own Netflix/Prime accounts etc
PS3 with games/controllers
DVD player with a selection of DVD’s to suit every genre.
Built in Bluetooth speakers, play your own music, radio or TV through the system.
Hive heating & an electric flame effect fire.

The patio doors & the kitchen door both lead out onto the wrap around decking.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, the principal bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed, dressing table with a hairdryer & straightening irons, bed side tables with plugs & usb ports as standard. There is a wall hung TV/DVD player.
Our bedroom windows are dressed with day/night blinds for privacy & blackout curtains for a good nights sleep.😴
Walk through dressing area to the en-suite bathroom, shower over bath.
The twin room has full sized single beds, a wardrobe & drawers & a wall mounted TV. We also provide a hairdryer in this room & plug in night lights.
There is an additional walk in shower room opposite the twin bedroom which adds convenience for your stay.

All our beds have upgraded deluxe spring mattresses & memory foam toppers. Our beds have fully enclosed mattress protectors, additional mattress protectors, all pillows & our 100% Hungarian down duvets also have protectors on them, all washed/changed after every stay.

Our outside space has a wrap around gated decking with partial sea views, 2 seating areas & a dedicated parking bay next to the lodge.

Located in Port Seton the park is opposite a beautiful 1.5 mile stretch of soft sandy beach, perfect for rock pool searches or a paddle in the sea.
The local coastline of East Lothian is surrounded by beaches & golf courses with the park having its own 9 hole golf course with stunning views over the Firth of Forth.
This property is your perfect gateway to exploring the city’s vibrant culture and iconic landmarks with so much to see & do off park as well as on park. Havens Play passes (purchased separately), Play passes give access to on park day time activities & the swimming pool, evening entertainment & of course Bingo! Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance of your stay & 4 weeks for swimming.
The park also has an on-site restaurant, chip shop & arcade, play parks located throughout the park. A trim trail offers a 20 minute walk around the golf course to tire out the cherubs before going to bed so you can enjoy your chilled Prosecco in peace!
