Hello!
I am looking to rent out my spare room throughout the Edinburgh Festival. The room is a double, clean, tidy and the whole house has been recently refurbished.
I live alone and enjoy my peace. I’m keen for the prospective guest to be respectful of this.
Any questions feel free to ask. The bathroom would be shared with one other person.
My home is around 10 minute walk to Musselburgh train station (6 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley) and the same distance to the buses going directly into Edinburgh.
I would consider someone looking for the whole time or a week at a time too.
