Cheap room for short-term let

Come to our friendly home :-)
It's 30 minutes' walk from Bath town centre; bus stop just outside.
The reason it's quite cheap is because the bunk-bed is in the conservatory, rather than a conventional upstairs bedroom. The house is also "lived-in" (kids; friends; guests - the place is often messy) and I sometimes stay up late or come in late (I go to a lot of gigs). We've recently upgraded the room extensively with a temperature-regulating roof.
My last lodger stayed here for 6 months and was happy but I generally have visitors just for short, cheap holidays in Bath and/or people who want to save some money during a stop-gap in between renting.
There is a proper slate pool table, which doubles up as a table-tennis table. There's a chess set in the yard, drinks area.
We have a nice garden and light bonfires/ disposable Bar BQs there in the warmer months.
My kids live here half the time, so if you're only staying on a Sat, Sun, Mon or Tues you could use their room.
Recently we had a new shower installed and it's really nice, connected to the main boiler.
