An indoor pool and shop can be located on the sister site just up the road (a 5-10 minute walk) There are stunning surroundings local to the site which are great for relaxing walks, including Burgh Castle Roman Fort, The Norfolk Broads and a working Marina. Horsey Gap where you can see wild seals on the beach is about a 30-minute drive.

The prices above include linen hire with beds made on arrival, self check-in and cleaning after your stay. Additional £100 deposit is required to secure booking, this will be returned within 7 days after confirmation that there are no losses or damages after your stay.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES
Entertainment passes are an additional cost, paid directly to the site on arrival, these are required if you would like to use the entertainment complex, swimming pools, hire shop or to play link bingo with prizes up to and over £10,000!

TERMS OF USE
We would love for you to a enjoy a relaxing holiday at a reasonable price.

In addition to the cost of your stay you have paid a £100 refundable deposit, if following your departure, no damage or losses have occurred the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

When you leave after your stay, please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it (e.g., no perishable foods left behind, rooms tidy and the kitchen/bathroom are in a clean state).

Any used bedding must be left on the double bed for the cleaner.

There are some non-perishable foods available on a replace what you use basis.

Any problems, maintenance or damage needs to be reported to us immediately, especially if found upon your arrival. There is a maintenance team on site so we will ensure any issues are rectified in good time.

Blankets and cushions must not be taken outside of the caravan.

If you use the BBQ, this must be emptied, cleaned and replaced in the shed along with the table and chairs before departure.

If you use the air fryer or George Foreman, these must be cleaned before departure.

Please ensure that all windows are closed when you are not in the caravan, fans and portable heaters must not be left on.

No smoking or pets permitted in the caravan.
