The apartment features newly installed tiled floors throughout the apartment and a brand-new double sofa bed in the main room. The hall is equipped with one and two bunk beds, separated by a door for privacy, making the space ideal for two guests but capable of accommodating up to four.
There is a ski and Locker room on the ground floor next to the entrance where you will be able to put your skis and boots in a secure environment where a key is needed to enter so you don’t have to fill the apartment up with gear.
The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a brand-new oven, an induction hob, and a microwave. You'll also find a brand-new bathroom, complemented by fresh duvets and pillows. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen digital TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream apps directly. Additionally, a USB stick is available for viewing downloaded films, along with an HDMI DVD player and a selection of DVDs. We also provide a PS3 gaming console and a pre-loaded hard drive with films for easy plug-and-play convenience. For leisure, we offer board games such as backgammon and chess. There is a fire extinguisher under the sink and a smoke detector fitted for added safety.
We typically require a damage deposit upon booking, which is fully refundable upon checkout, provided there is no damage and the keys are returned. Please note that the key holder is responsible for any costs arising from damages or breakages during the stay, as well as ensuring the safe return of the keys. This standard procedure in Chamonix helps maintain the apartment's condition for the enjoyment of future guests.
Our standard check-in time is around 3:00 (15-00) PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. However, we strive to accommodate flexibility where possible, depending on the availability of the apartment and the schedule of incoming guests.
We normally have a damage deposit that is taken when booking and is returned when you check out as long as there is no damage and the keys are returned(key holder is liable to pay for any cost incurred due to damages or breakages at your stay and the safe return of the keys). This is standard procedure in Chamonix and insures the apartment is in the same condition when you leave for the next client as you arrived. We normally like our clients checked in around 15-00 on arrival day and checked out around 10 am on departure day BUT we can be flexible if the the flights are favorable with the next clients or the apartment is available on check out day just ask, if you do have to check out there is a locked room where you leave your bags till later.
For short stays, we request that guests bring their own towels, duvet covers, pillowcases, and linens, as frequent washing and drying can be costly. However, for stays of 7 days or more, we provide all linens and towels at no additional cost.
If you prefer not to bring your own, our representative can arrange a linen package for you upon arrival for a nominal fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service.
