Our caravan is situated on the Martello Beach caravan site, Nr Clacton on Sea, this is a lovely campsite that is situated next to seven miles of sandy beaches.
There is a broad range of facilities with something for everybody children's entertainment day and night, a bar and cafe selling good quality food, launderette, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, amusements, adventure playground and weekend cabarets in the Showbar, there is also a nightly bingo link with other sites with cash prizes. (these facilities are available during the Spring/ Summer period only).
Passes for the swimming pool and entertainment are not included in the price. Ask for more details.
The accommodation is a spacious 8 berth caravan with full central heating. It is extra wide at 12ft across with 1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms, extra sleeping for 2 more on the pull out bed in the living room, all bed linen will be supplied. Travel cot available on request.
The lounge area has a 40” Smart TV, free WiFi, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer, alarm clock and 22" TV in the master bedroom.
Spacious shower in bath-room and separate toilet.

Passes for site facilities are not included in the price

The site is open for 11.5 months of the year.
Terms and conditions:
Check in time 2.00pm departure time 11.00am
Full payment to be made at least 3 weeks before your arrival date.
£50 deposit secures holiday date and you will also be required to pay a £75 returnable damage deposit this will be returned following your departure (as long as no damage has occurred) If deposit does not cover the total cost of damage you will be asked to pay the remaining cost.

Please note your deposit will not be returned if the booking is cancelled by booker or guest.
The returnable damage deposit may be retained if the following requirments are not met.
- Damage occurs
No party groups (this is family caravan only)
-No smoking or vaping
-No drugs

Caravan owner will not be liable for guests for the duration of their stay and all guests must obey the site rules.
