Description
Rare vintage Meridian Boothroyd Stuart MCD CD player. It was built on and features the famous Philips CDM-1 CD mechanism as its starting point.
This example was acquired as a contingency spares source for my MERIDIAN Pro MCD PRO CD Player, the top end model. (See separate advert.) Untouched, the player remains fully complete.
The player does work but has to be considered intermittent. As stated it was acquired to serve as a source of spares unique to Meridian MCD player family such as the laser, disc handling mechanism, controls etc.
