Chatty, kind, and dependable Organised, great on your own or in a team Bonus points if you ve worked in care or have a Health & Social Care diploma Flexible – while you will have a monthly rota, this role requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and sleep–in shifts, sometimes at short notice.
