Description

Support Worker

We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Support Worker at our registered care home, Trinity Court 4, in Aylesbury. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and seeing the difference their support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

4 Trinity Court is a registered residential care home supporting 6 individuals with learning disabilities, providing 24/7 care across a wide range of support needs in all aspects of the individuals lives. The service is ideally suited to those looking to gain valuable experience in full residential care.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide tailored support to individuals in their own homesProvide personal care with sensitivity and respectEncourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaningDraft personalised support plans and risk assessmentsEmpower people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives

About You

We are looking for people who are:

Caring, reliable, and proactive, with a genuine desire to help othersAble to communicate effectively and adapt to different needsComfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidaysCommitted to equality, diversity, and person–centred supportExperienced in a similar role

It is essential that you have a Full UK Driving Licence.

Additionally, you will also be able to:

Work shifts as part of a rota system which will include weekend and bank holiday workingWork as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we supportBe flexible in your approach to work and demonstrate resilience in a challenging, but rewarding environment
