Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join an award–winning care home in the heart of Leicester. This well–established home provides high–quality care for residents with residential and dementia needs. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering the highest standards of person–centred care, ensuring residents comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:

Lead your shift to maintain high standards of care and support your team Promote best practice and address any poor practice within the team Deliver person centred care to all residents Report to Home Manager on home operations

Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:

2 years of care assistant experience within a care home setting NVQ Level 3
