AA Euro Healthcare is welcoming applications from experienced healthcare professionals.
We are seeking agency relief Support Workers for our well established clients based in Dronfield. The suitable candidate will be working for us on behalf of one of the UK's biggest social care charities.

Requirements for this role to include:
Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificateCare Certificate / SSSC Registration One years experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.Up to date Medicines Administration trainingUp to date Safety Intervention trainingFlexiblity to work a variety of shift patterns ( Days, Afternoons & Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication according to prescribed schedulesAssist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessaryMonitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviorImplement behavior management techniques as neededProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsFollow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate documentation of care provided Please click APPLY NOW
