Occupational Health Advisor Part-Time Home-BasedPermanent

Up to GBP50,000 pro rata

Are you a qualified and passionate Occupational Health Advisor looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity?

Join a forward-thinking Occupational Health team dedicated to promoting workplace wellbeing and ensuring employees receive the highest standard of care.

We're looking for an experienced Occupational Health professional who can deliver case management

Low Case Load 3-5 Cases Per Day

What You'll DoAs an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:

Deliver remote case management consultations - 3 to 5 cases per day (management referrals, health surveillance reviews)Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.About YouEssential qualifications and experience:

Registered Nurse (NMC Part 1).Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Occupational Health (NMC Part 3).Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.Reliable, organised, flexible, and able to work independently.Eligible for DBS clearance.Desirable skills:

Experience managing or supervising clinical teams.Familiarity with occupational health management systems (e.g., eOPAS).Understanding of SEQOHS standards and audit processes.Experience in workplace health promotion or wellbeing programmes.This is a remote Occupational Health Advisor role however their is a requirement to visit head office in Surrey twice a year.
