The nursery provides outstanding teaching and learning within a safe and secure environment, following a curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Their vision is to believe, develop, and nurture every child through meaningful experiences and strong partnerships with parents and carers.

About the Role: As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and learning for all children. You will confidently plan, organise, and oversee a schedule of age–appropriate activities, ensuring the EYFS curriculum is consistently met and that children s development is carefully observed and supported.

The Ideal Nursery Manager will have: A Level 3 EYFS–relevant qualification (or above)

Previous management experience within a nursery or early years setting (not a first step into management)

Strong room leadership and behaviour management skills

A passion for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
