We are seeking caring, honest, and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team supporting people with enduring mental health needs at Croft House, part of our Enhanced Community Recovery service in Preston.

Shift Patterns

Location: Croft House, PrestonHours: Full-time - 39.25 hours/week (days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends)

Having Impact

Croft House is part of Lifeways' Specialist Integrated Living (SIL) service, supporting individuals transitioning from institutional care to independent living. About You

- Experience in mental health support is helpful but not essential- Willingness to learn and grow- Strong communication and IT skills- NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus - we will support you to achieve it if needed
