Purpose
We're looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to support our leaders in driving performance, engagement, and change across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence people strategies and help shape a culture that empowers colleagues and delivers impact for the communities we serve.
What you'll do Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business objectives. Provide expert advice on workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational change. Use data and insights to inform decision–making and improve outcomes. Coach and support managers to build capability and foster a positive employee experience. What we're looking for Full CIPD membership or equivalent experience. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex and diverse organisation. Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations issues. Proven ability to influence senior management and key decision–makers. Experience delivering in a customer–focused business, securing value for money and high satisfaction. Background in driving performance in a challenging, target–driven environment. Strong experience in succession planning, talent management, engagement, performance management, and resourcing. Expertise in organisational development and change management. TUPE experience. Extensive knowledge of employment law, with the ability to apply it to resolve workplace issues and develop policy. A proactive approach to problem–solving and continuous improvement. Flexible, adaptable, and innovative mindset. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly. Why Shaw Trust?
