Are you an experienced and compassionate leader in the care sector, ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee a 76–bed residential and dementia care home in Rossendale.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding person–centred care.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.

Drive quality improvements across the home, maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sustainable growth.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting.

A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in residents' lives.
