Salary: GBP70,000 – GBP73,000 per annum

Location: Acton

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well–established nursing home in Acton. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager:

Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing home.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.

Lead, motivate, and develop the care team to deliver high–quality, person–centred care.

Manage budgets effectively and oversee operational performance.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements for the Home Manager

Proven experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting.

Strong clinical background (RGN/RMN qualified preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

In–depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.

Passionate about delivering exceptional care and continuous improvement.
