Salary: 42,000 per annum

Hours: Full–time, 40 hours per week

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Start Monday is working with a well–established residential care home to recruit an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional, person–centred care

Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance standards

Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and professionals

Manage complaints, grievances, and staffing matters in line with company policy

Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

About You

Minimum of one year's experience managing a residential or dementia care home

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

A proactive, compassionate approach to care

Full UK driving licence and access to transport
