Description
Are you a skilled technical professional with a passion for facilities and engineering services? We're looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead the delivery of hard services and infrastructure support at a high–performing manufacturing site in Liverpool.
About the Role
This is a hands–on, technically focused role within the Facilities Management team, with a strong emphasis on hard services. You'll support the Facilities Lead in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and utilities systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across the site.
You'll be responsible for:
Supervising facilities maintenance, modification, and expansion projectsManaging contractors and internal teams across mechanical, electrical, and building servicesLeading safe systems of work (e.g. permit to work, hot works, access control)Ensuring compliance with EHS standards including Legionella, Fire Safety, COSHH, and Emergency LightingSupporting lifecycle capital projects and small works deliveryMonitoring performance metrics for facilities service providersMaintaining high standards in a GMP–regulated manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
ONC/HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Desirable)Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Desirable)3–5 years' experience in Facilities Management or technical maintenance (Essential)IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safely certification (Essential)Strong commercial and budgetary awarenessExcellent communication, problem–solving, and time management skillsKnowledge of cGMP and experience in FDA–regulated environmentsGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG – The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
