Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service to all patientsLead frame styling and offer product recommendations based on patient needsSupport Optometrists and Audiologists in delivering clinical servicesManage appointment bookings, collections, and general front-of-house dutiesOperate with the latest technology systemsMaintain a clean, welcoming and professional practice environmentKey Requirements
