Clinical Deputy Manager:

Lead & Inspire Support and mentor the care team. Champion Well–Being Assess needs and enhance residents' health. Ensure Quality Care Develop and review care plans. Maintain Excellence Oversee operations in the manager s absence. Clinical Deputy Manager Benefits:

Adult Nurse or RGN with NMC pin and clinical expertise. Focused on continuous development. Experience managing staff and standards. Skilled in dementia or end–of–life care.
