A leading care provider in West Wickham is looking to recruit a Care Co–ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis.

About the Care Coordinator role and what the client is offering:

A competitive annual salary of up to 25,500 depending on experience. A permanent, full–time contractWorking Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on–call dutiesOccupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity payOccupational sick pay and death in service paymentAll the above subject to terms and conditionsAs a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field–based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
