Please remember that hamsters are loners and should have a cage in the dimensions of 100x50 and for a Syrian hamster the wheel should have a minimum diameter of 28cm.
Hamsters are already quite independent, they drink, eat, run. They eat dry food. as well as vegetables and fruits or snacks.
