High pressure tactics employed to push for the work to be started, quoted a low fee for a job to repair dormer roof leaks. He ended up climbing onto the ridge to insist that my side ridges are loose and had to be fixed, that escalated the price, and as he climbed up he sat on the top ridge, broke the tile and then insisted that the whole ridge had to be repaired and the cost escalated even further. Left all the hardcore behind foe me to clear by myself, insisting that the council collects this, which is not true. Promised guarantee on his work and yet no response to requests for his guarantee. Total costs ended up more than 2x the initial quote.
