Bark have been advised numerous times that a number of reviews left by customers have no relationship to Raptor Rainwater Systems but Bark do not authenticate reviews, their system is open to abuse.

Within a month of fitting gutters one of them pulled away from facia board due to cheap wood screws and inferior cheap hangers that where not suitable. When I rang they said we will make new brackets and use stainless steel screws which should have been used in the first place. The brackets never got made and I ended up paying a professional to correct there poor work.I got so stressed with them trying to get out of it I gave up and used my own money. Their customer service is poor at best . Website looks great but don’t be fooled very misleading. Materials they use are cheap and nasty. First time we had a heavy rainfall gutters were ripped from the facia due to cheap screws and brackets. Very upsetting for me . I’m disabled upper limb amputee and I was lucky I wasn’t there when the gutter ripped away from its fixings. Definitely not professional like their website.

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I paid a deposit and a date for installation was arranged in February 2024. No one turned up and Nicole the manager advised me when l rang to find out where they were that a previous job had overrun. They hadn’t bothered telling me that. Another date was arranged, 11th March 2024. No one arrived and when l finally got to talk to Nicole, this time the job had not been put in the diary!!!! I had previously contacted them on Thursday 7th March to try and confirm they were still coming. The salesman said he would let me know if there was going to be a problem. I never heard back from him so assumed they were coming. I have now asked for a refund but Nicole has said she needs to speak to the management and now doesn’t return my calls
