This is a 1963 Höfner Verithin in a stunning Cherry Red finish, an elegant and beautifully crafted semi-hollow electric from one of Germany’s most iconic manufacturers. Named for its remarkably slim body depth, the Verithin was Höfner’s answer to the classic thinline archtop design, offering rich, resonant tone in a lightweight and highly playable form.

Built in Höfner’s Bubenreuth workshop, this example features a laminated maple body with a spruce top, delivering a clear, articulate tone with plenty of warmth and natural acoustic resonance. The set maple neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, adorned with the signature Höfner inlays and binding that give these instruments their unmistakable vintage charm.

Electronics include two original Höfner staple pickups, celebrated for their smooth, full-bodied tone and articulate response.
