Description

This is as exact a copy of my original 1972 Fender Tele as I can get.

The weight (3.5Kg), neck shape, frets and bridge have all been designed to match as closely as possible.

The pickups were specially hand wound for me by Bare Knuckle pickups to match those of a '72 Tele.

It's in near perfect condition, but note one side of the Wilkinson bridge has been sawn off to facilitate damping (and match the '72 Tele) and there is some unintentional tarnishing of the chrome control plate and the tone control. See photos.

Tuners are Grover.

For anyone interested, there is also a replacement maple neck with Fender tuners.

The original parts cost around £1000.

If you can't afford £3,500 for the real thing then this is an absolute bargain at a small fraction of the price.

I'm selling it now because we're moving to a small terrace house in Cambridge and have no room for my guitar collection.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or would like additional photos.
