80s Vintage Ibanez Blazer Electric Guitar Natural Wood Finish Super Sixty PUPs Awesome Amazing Japan

Walthamstow, London £550.00

For reluctant sale due to having too many guitars - sure I'll regret it - a superb condition early 80s Ibanez Blazer, made by top craftsmen in Japan, with beautifully aged maple neck and original Super 60 pickups, which are more powerful than normal single coils, and sound great.
This guitar could certainly be described as a 'Super Strat'.

To my knowledge everything is original, although the original sales promo pics show some different configs for the same model, in this case the pots are different, and are likely to have been changed to Strat type ones.
All the electrics work well and the neck genuinely plays great (although I know all guitar ads tend to use that phrase).

Might be able to dig out an old soft case for you to get it home in but don't expect anything fancy.

No timewasters please :)

Following pasted from Ibanez Wiki site:

"The Blazer series is a line of solid body electric guitar models produced by Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. It was introduced in 1981 and offered for two years. The line was revived in 1995 before being ultimately discontinued after 1998.

The Blazer line is similar in appearance to the Fender Stratocaster. It has an offset double-cutaway body with rounded contours and rounded edges. The design incorporates pickguard-mounted pickups."
