I am covered for electrics, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, property conversions and more.

I am 41 years old and have 15 plus years experience in property restoration, maintenance and management. I gained experience working on our own small portfolio of HMO's in London and Bristol which I manage full time alongside contracting for clients.

I have been on Gumtree on and off for 12 plus years. Only off when busy with a large project. No disappointed clients at all.

I am skilled in all domestic electrics (qualified), gas engineering (soon to be Gas Safe Registered but not able to work on gas right now), plumbing, carpentry (all second fix works), tiling, flooring, full kitchen and bathroom installations, garage/room conversions, stud wall building, and more. I can carry out all works all on my own if need be. My tools are all Bosch professional, and I have 3 vehicles not funded by my building work. I pride myself on being totally transparent with any job I take on.

My most recent project is the full renovation of a 10 Bed HMO in Montpelier, Bristol. You are welcome to view this anytime if you have similar requirements. I have also single handily carried out garage conversions in bs16 which you are also welcome to reference.

My charges for electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry related works:

£40.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of £80.00.

My charges for flat pack furniture assembly, hanging shelves, Tv brackets, curtains, fixtures & fittings installation, painting and decorating etc :

£35.00 per hour with a minimum charge of £70.00

Laminate flooring installation fixed at £16.00 per sqm. Please note I trim architraves, door stops, and sometimes even the door frame itself to tuck the laminate boards in - leaving no gaps. I also have an expensive flooring shear for cutting the boards without dust flying onto the walls.

I am a genuine all rounder. There is honestly not a lot that I can not do. I am leaning away from smaller jobs but you are still welcome to try me for anything urgent.
