I am an early retiree who obtained a B/TEC Higher Diploma in furniture studies as a very young student; and graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Construction Management as a mature student.

You may have a busy schedule, or lack the skills set, or perhaps, require a second pair of hands to complete your project.

Listed below is a non-exhaustive list of tasks that I would willingly carry out:
• Active and pro-active maintenance
• Gardening (basic)
• Fixtures, fittings e.g. handrails and curtain rails
• Hanging pictures & mirrors
• Carpentry & joinery
• Mould removal (light)
• Refurbishments
• Silicone application
• DIY (construction or repair)
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Flat pack furniture assembly
• Home improvements
• Jet washing
• Painting
• Sanding
• Etc.

Attention to detail and quality is mandatory as well as adhering to and respecting good timekeeping; whilst providing a helpful service. I believe that if a job is worth doing; then it should be done correctly.
