I had Very good experience with this company from many years I always take there services and my friends and family also this company work all over England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Europe 🇪🇺 Jay and Robin both are very helpful they are on time for job I honestly had the best experience with my move, and that’s saying a lot because moving can be so stressful! Both did the actual move, but the whole team were so kind, organised, and helpful from start to finish. Everything ran seamlessly from the first message to the final box being placed exactly where it needed to go. You could tell they genuinely cared, not just about getting the job done, but about making sure I felt at ease throughout. They came highly recommended, and now I completely understand why. We used euro tonnes removals as my neighbours recommended them to us, We contacted jay to come and do our home move survey as we had a very short notice to move out, Jay came next day to do the survey and same time he gave us the quote ,which we all say very reasonable price and booked him on the same time and paid deposit, Jay and his team really taken care of all our belongings ,they done all the packaging with all the labels put up and moved all the belongings very carefully without any damages to the property and furniture, They done all the dsmantling and assmembling for us like beds,wardrobes ,office table,tvs,dining table,and even they taken the doors off from our american fridge as well which we were more stressed about and put back at new house as well, Really really great service, They done the room to room service for us with all the packaging and unpacking at new house, They came with 3 large vans trucks,as we had alot of antique furniture and boxes and garage stuff and garden stuff, Me and my family really pleased their service, They are friendly,down to earth,and can do attitude people, They moved us with the smile on their face all time, Really patient and professional people, All i say They know what they are doing, RELIABLE,AFFORDABLE,TRUSTWORTHY, STRESSFREE MOVERS THANKS SO MUCH,WISH YOU ALL THE BEST I ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL ON MY FACEBOOK,INSTAGRAM,AND ALL MY LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS, MANY THANKS

Jay and his team helped me a lot and delivered more than what we originally agreed on. They handled all my belongings very carefully, moving everything from first floor to first floor without any issues. They took care of every detail and even helped with some handyman tasks around the house. I really recommend their service!

Jay - Man & Van - advertising on Gumtree, Nottingham area. Really poor service and communication. We were quoted £440 for 6 hours plus 2 men from Keyworth to Long Eaton (30 min drive). Jay called the evening before to ask if the move was still on, even though I'd confirmed at the beginning of the week. Then said instead of arriving at 10.30am, they'd arrive at 7am. We got up super early only to be told that they'd arrive at 10.30am as previously agreed. They arrived at 11am. After dropping off the lorry load at our new address in Long Eaton, they told us that as their lorry hadn't been big enough, they'd have to organise another team to collect the remaining items at an additional cost of £200 (because they were due at another job in Peterborough). They were not able to get another team, so Jay and his colleague agreed they would have to collect our items instead. When they arrived at our house, they would not take our items off the lorry until we paid DOUBLE the original cost. Jay said he'd lost out on his next job at Peterborough so he needed double from us. We explained that we hadn't got the money to pay double, and they had only taken an extra 2 hours, so how come another £440? Jay would not budge on this, so at the end of a horrible long day, we were forced into transferring the extra money or not get our belongings back. Jay said they would protect our tv's and belongings in transit but this did not happen, everything was drenched. Plus he said they'd put our items upstairs, which didn't happen. The majority of items were left downstairs. We mentioned getting the police if he was holding our items to ransom but he told us that the police would not get involved with this sort of matter. We are two neurodiverse women, who feel like we've been bullied into paying double what we were quoted for a totally unprofessional service. I would not be proud to work like this Jay, how do you sleep at night? I fully expect a reply from you / your 'company' dismissing what has happened, making out we had enough boxes for a 4 bed house (when we were a tiny 2 bed terrace with VERY little furniture). If only we'd seen other reviews first. Avoid this 'company' at all costs.

Euro Tonnes services are exceptional. The jobs carried out at my house were very neat and prompt. The guys were very polite with good customer service. I'm absolutely satisfied with the services carried out. Definetely worth it.
