He did well when he set it up; the only problem was, after he dismantled it, he didn't pick it up on time.

I think this company is truly amazing. I find them extremely reactive on email and texts. They are eager to answer questions and are happy to give generous advice. I think that responsiveness made a huge difference. It made me much more confident to organise a big party. The gazebo was absolutely lovely and very reasonably priced. They tried to accommodate our little requests and were flexible and understanding. At one point one member of my family became stressed and they dealt with it with great patience and kindness. I hope they continue to do well in their business. They are absolutely lovely and deserve the best

We use it for my daughter birthday all good when he set up the marquee but after the event he came after 3 days to dismantled and took the chairs and the lights left all the other bits he the he will pick it up . I texted him and asked when he will be coming no reply he left it in my garden, very disappointed with the service and unprofessional behaviour.
