We are looking for advisors to join our vibrant contact centre and deliver the highest level of service while representing our client’s prestigious brands.

On a daily basis this will involve working with a talented and established team to field inbound Social Media working on Facebook, Live Chat and Twitter, identifying customer needs, making recommendations and updating our customers. Working in an efficient and dynamic contact centre you will be responsible for:

Acting as a first point for telephone, e-mail and Social Media contact and taking a proactive approach to the resolution of queries
Ensure service of the highest quality is provided to customers
Identify issues and work with business to improve processes
Maximising service through effective resolution of calls and emails
Ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with company and client requirements
Demonstrate a professional telephone manner and possess the ability and organisational skills to ensure that all enquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.
Go the extra mile; and full commitment to providing excellent customer service
Identify issues and work with business to improve processes
Consistently demonstrate behaviours which reflect the Company Ethos and act as a role model at all times
The successful candidates will:

Have excellent communication skills
Be well organized with good time management
Be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Must have excellent English, Maths and keyboard skills
Friendly and polite with experience in dealing with internal and external customers
Customer focused
Flexible and adaptable
Team Player
