The rent is £60.00pcm payable by direct debit at the beginning of each month.

A £100.00, fully refundable, key deposit is required.

Minimum rental period is 3 months and from then on 1 months’ notice is required to vacate.

The dimensions are approx 8ft x 16ft with an entrance height of 7ft into the garage.

There is no water or electricity inside the garage. It is to be used for storage only, i.e. not for working on cars or other projects. I cannot guarantee 100% water tight but it is structurally sound and has no leaks; you wouldn't want to store priceless works of art in it or precious furniture. It's basically a standard 'council lock-up' type, sectional concrete garage.

There is 24 hour 7 day a week access.

You will need to provide copies of your I.D. and proof of address.
