Patricia was a great Celebrant for my dad's funeral. Not only did she lead a fantastic service, but the Eulogy Speech she delivered was powerful and embodied perfectly who my dad was. Patricia was truly a dream celebrant. We had been worried that our ceremony was going to be very sterile and impersonal if it was done by someone at the council. We were also worried about pronunciations of our names, if it was going to be said by a randomer for the first time on our wedding day. This is where Patricia came in. We met up a couple months before the wedding for a coffee. During that time we discussed everything. How we envisaged the ceremony going, how we first met and the journey of our relationship. She took note of everything including the phonetic pronunciations of the names and foreign words. A couple weeks later, she came to us with a personalised programme of our ceremony, including the story of our relationship. Anything we had forgotten to tell her initially, we were able to let her know, which she included, or any tweaks we wanted made, and this was happening via email up until two days before the ceremony. On the actual day, however, was were she shined. It's all good writing out the script, but the way she delivered it was brilliant! She was funny, engaging and had a real command of the room. It felt personal, touching and from her performance, you felt like she had been with us on our journey from the beginning! She really put us centre stage, and we couldn't have chosen a better person to do it. We are so thankful for her.

Patricia was extremely helpful from our introduction to the very end. We were looking for someone to help us with the announcements and the general planning of the wedding reception and Patricia agreed to do it for us even if she has never done it before. She did not have to, but still did: arrive at the church prior to the reception to provide information to the guests, helped us to serve the wedding cake to our guests when restaurant staff failed to assist us, was interactive with the guests at all times, really helped us to manage the whole event regardless of the delays and pressure and stayed 1 hour longer than what we've asked for just to help us out! Patricia took a good care of our evening and I could not have asked for a better celebrant on our special day. P.s. everyone loved the wedding quiz, my husband is still mentioning it to this day. Thank you!
