Upon posting my requirement for a conveyancing quote for my leasehold flat, I have to say that I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism of the Financial Advice Hub. Maria promptly responded to my job posting, took time to understand my complex requirements and most importantly kept me regularly informed on her progress in identifying a reputable firm company matching my requirements. Even though I am yet to instruct the law firm she recommended (the flat has not sold yet), I would not hesitate to recommend Maria's services to anyone looking to appoint a conveyancing firm to sell their property.

I have approached a number of conveyancing companies, either directly by personal recommendation or local to me or via online search and comparison websites. After several attempts I have shortlisted a few, but still I was not fully convinced they will manage well my case, and this is when Financial Advise Hub stepped in. Based on my comments they have recommended two conveyancing companies that were ticking majority of my requirements and helped me to make an impartial decision. During that process I felt guided and being provided with all the key details about each company, so I could select one that I felt comfortable with, but without a hard sale or any pressure whatsoever. Maria in particular did amazing job of keeping me up to date most of the time, liaising directly with the companies and answering all the questions I might have. Listening to my criteria and experience with other providers, she guided me by recommending the best option to fit my budget and criteria, and worked hard to make sure I am fully satisfied with my choice. Even after making a selection we realised there was a key feature missing, which the firm did not support, we were able to switch to another company shortly after, which to me made a huge difference when handling the case. I must say I could not be happier with FAH recommendation, which allowed me to liaise with the firm via dedicated App, seeing the progress all the way though, exchanging important documents and communication without delay, so this made the entire process so easy to follow. I can definitely recommend FAH to others and I thank you so much for your assistance in this incredible journey. Today after 5 months since the original query, I become a house owner!

My request to find a conveyancer whilst on a tight budget was managed by Maria. She was a pleasure to talk to, a very helpful and effective accomplice and she could also empathise with my dilemma.
