2008 Ford S-Max 2.2 TDCi Titanium (acc, xenon, panroof, tvs, 7 seats)

Hello, everyone!
Got it around a year ago as wanted to try S-Max for a while and due to having a house move and our friends visiting us. It served me quite well through this time with the purpose mentioned, though now mostly sitting on my drive waiting for quite rare occasion to take it for a spin. Has few things required to look at but didn't have time to get around them as it doesn't affect driving which is barely happening now.

Good bits:
- 2.2 TDCi
- Freshly serviced!
- Part-leather interior
- Panroof
- Xenon Headlights
- Electronically Adjustable suspension
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Factory headrest monitors for 2nd row passengers
- Roof racks and tow bar
- 3 new lower arms, both inner tie rods and track rod ends, new (used) front shockers, new top strut mounts with bearings

Bad bits:
- 129k miles (not so bad for a family motorway cruiser, yet quite a figure)
- Previously Cat N due to minor front hit and "that will do" repair
- No service history, though I serviced it last weekend and also checked timing belt which is looking good and has no cracks or significant wear
- Has OSR door dented
- Intermittent EML on due to EGR valve error which I was about to repair soon (goes away after good long trip)
- Driver's door window not going anywhere (I reckon it's module fault as I tried to swap window motors, didn't change anything)
- Tyres would need replacement
- NOT ULEZ compliant if you were wondering

I tried to be completely honest here, but still you'll hardly find it same spec, so priced it with all these factors already considered. Sensible offers still might be considered.
