The Finance Executive role:

Key Responsibilities:

Distributing Revolut statements and maintaining up-to-date financial reports

Processing weekly and monthly payroll, acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and month-end adjustments

Ensuring timely completion and submission of payroll documentation

Carrying out payment clear-downs and reconciliations

Processing commission payments efficiently

Collaborating with Sales & Performance Managers to resolve sales report issues

Managing missing sales queries to ensure accurate reporting

Reconciling account statements and maintaining the Gantt chart with updated invoice numbers and prepayments

Keeping cash flow records updated and overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable

Managing client reports and verifying their accuracy and consistency

Ensuring paysheets and breakdowns are correct and up to date

Handling recon breakdowns and reconciliation processes

Scheduling and attending finance-related meetings with internal stakeholders

Responding to finance and sales-related queries

A bit about you:

Proven experience in finance administration and payroll processing.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence in working with spreadsheets and financial software

Experience working with Xero
